NEW and spoon bending

Leave it to this forum to always find someone that applies the matrix to something.  Well, I've never tried to bend a spoon or fork.  In all my years of striving to master NEW, spoon bending hasn't really been a priority.  Do you think that applies much more to telekenisis than energy work?

Spoon bending is actually relatively easy. Unlike what most people think, you dont bend it with your mind, you bend it with your hand, but you put enough energy into it to just tap it and it should bend.
Pouncer_, yes I think NEW should help as it involves wroking with your energy, then (using the directions on fork-you.com) you can manipulate it.

Spoond bending isn't a technique that you have to use your physical power or just even a finger! This technique is based JUST on the mind's force - Telekinesis.

People that do it actually with the hands can't call themselves Energy masters. That's clear.

I was just thinking that NEW would probably help alot in learning to bend spoons. because all that spoon bending is is putting your energy into the spoon and forming your energy.Have any of you tried to bend a spoon or a fork since learning new? www.fork-you.com has directions
