There is probably someone here who is doing the same sorts of things that you are. If you can be more specific about what you are looking for, it will be easier to find that person.
There are a lot of people who could be able to help you in these forums. Just ask and people will most likely respond....
physical traing: use ankle/wrist weights at all times... that in itself may seem annoying at times, but when you get used to them, the stronger your body will naturally become, because it is adapting to the new weight and resistance.
Ki training: practice focusing energy to different areas, and trying to emitt the energy, if you can.... the more you use and train it... the stronger it'll grow, and become.....

can u explain in dutch or good/standard english? im not too good at english.
i saw on a site, psysical training, toe lifts, leg lifts, ankle,wrist lifts what is it (a picture would be good or good explanation), and what do u need 4 it?
and to go further in visualazation, i think some others may have problem with it, sometimes when i try to visualize, i cant see it good like i see things with my eyes. can i visualize better when i meditate?
at home, i hav 5 lifts of 5kg each. im getting used to it cus i held em when i punch 20 times every evening.
