two energies?

Where you pull energy from is only limited by your self.  Some people pull earth energy up through their feet, while others pull solar energy down through their crown.  You can also pull in energy into your whole body at once.  There really are no limits to pulling in energy as needed.

Energy is energy.  You just may need to increase it's vibration until it's 'right' for you and yoru work.  Eartha nd Air feel different until you change them for your own use.

i know a lot of you will grab the energy from your feet or ground to activate your chakra, i have noticed there is a energy from the air which you can grab with your imaginary hands... but its much different i combined it with the energy from the ground, my solar pleen chakra seems to be much stronger than my base chakra.... anyhow i manage to direct this energy into my fingers held it, and did lots of finger press ups which im unable to do without using this method, peace anyone experienced something simular.
