Reiki gTummo

Tummo is from India, not Tibet. It was developed in order to get the energy currents to collect in the central channel, shushumna. It is one of the Six Yogas of Naropa. It is a meditation practice which is very advanced, but it is possible to practice while working on the earlier stages. Lama Yeshe has a nice book on the subject with detailed instructions on doing it.

If you want attunements, the kundalini reiki (see http://www.kundalini-reiki.net) would be good to look into. The term reiki preceded Dr. Usui, so there is no need to argue about what is or is not reiki based on comparing it with Dr. Usui's methods.

I have attempted the tummo meditation. It could have gone better. I learned the kundalini reiki, and it has helped a lot. I have learned usui reiki. It was a good foundation for everything since it.

Isn't it a difference between Tummo and gTummo - Reiki gTummo is shaktipat like Kundalini_Reiki and they give attunements as well. Since this isn't my field of proffession, I can't point out the exact differences.

gtumo is gtummo is tumo is tummo. It is not easy to transliterate from Tibetan. Tummo and kundalini aren't intended to be considered the same thing. Most Buddhists I know would be eager to practice tummo but terrified of discussing kundalini because of the connection with Hinduism.

Hi everybody,
I have been crusing this forum for awhile but have been too stupid to realize how to register.
I started out buying R Bruces book on AP. Things are going forward, I have woken up during the nights when my astral body has begun materializing but have been scared of by my heartbeats and thundering sound in ears. (This sound, has anyone else encountered it? It is SO loud - thought my ears would explode or something)

Anyway, I was thinking about the other topic about Reiki attunement.
There is another form of Reiki as well - Reiki gTummo. This is tibetan and much older and more complete than the Usui Reiki. Don't take any offense, I am just telling what I personally have read. Is there anyone here that has more experience with it?

However, things costs money, I paid for the first attunement and it went well. I will continue with the others when I get money (I am a student you know!).
Meanwhile, I would love if people would like to give the kundalini_reiki attunements. I can't give much in return, but I can promise to share these attunements freely in return.
