Hi guys,

I know this is going to sound weird, so please bear with me. :)

I've been having recurring dreams about the same darn thing for weeks now (part of it has to do with work) and...it's really driving me crazy...

To make a long story short, while I was meditating, I discovered that the source of these dreams is located just below my third eye chakra (I don't know how I knew this; I just "did")...

What I want to know is how to clear this pool of energy so I can stop having these dreams.

Anyone know where to start? Shall I use a crystal? An energy movement technique? If so, which one?

Thank you so much!

Why not use lucid dreaming to fix your problems?  Become aware in the middle of your recurring dream then find out what the deal is and solve it.

the memory of a dream is the same as the dream itself
change memory and you change the dream
if it is unfinished let it loose in memory and be sure to ask everything the what it means (and they will reply)
oh, and NO how i should do this
just DO
Search for the cause of self, in self
To find everything and nothing

I completely agree, lucid dreaming is an excellent method for resolving personal problems, troubles, worries, dilemmas etc.

I have been using this method for a short while now and have had great success at resolving personal issue.

I'll certainly give this a shot, but it will be hard considering that I don't have that great of control yet :(

Thank you for your input so far :)

I am new here however, while reading through the forum I came to this message and felt the need to reply.

Personally if this was me, I would meditate and ask Within for guidance and to be shown the purpose and reason behind the dreams so you can come to a realization of what is needed in regards to them.

As I meditate I would "listen" and "look" to see what is shown to me and if I felt that perhaps there was a clog in my energy flow at one of my chakra's or in between two, I would ask to be shown where and which ones.  Then I would try some individual meditation on that particular chakra (s).

However, you need to go to the source of why this is happening before you can overcome and move on from it in completion.

In response to your statement that you feel that the source of these dreams is just below your third eye chakra then perhaps there is a break or problem with the energy flow between your throat and third eye chakra.

I would then do some meditative exercise for those chakras.

Let me give you some examples of the ones I have found that work for me, though I have customized my exercises a bit.  I will give you the base of what I started with.

Since we want to work up and not down.  I would start with the throat chakra and do the following:

I would cross my fingers on the inside of of my hands (interlocking fingers), without my thumbs. And I let my thumbs touch at the tops, and pull them slightly up.

I then concentrate on my Throat chakra at the base of the throat.  I can then feel my energy flowing up and into that chakra.  Usually I can feel the energy flowing also with each breath around the circle of my thumbs.

Where I was taught to do this, it said to chant the sound "ham" while doing it.  However, I dont chant.  That would be personal choice.

For the third eye chakra do the following:

I put my hands before the lower part of my breast. The middle fingers are straight and touch at the tops, pointing forward. The other fingers are bended and touch at the upper two phalanges. The thumbs point towards me and touch at the tops.

I then concentrate on the Third Eye chakra slightly above the point between my eyebrows.  If you want to do the chanting the sound for this one would be "om" or "aum".

In regards to what you stated, if it was me experiencing it. I would do the exercises from lowest to highest.  Bringing my energy up through each lower chakra and then to the Throat and do that exercise for perhaps 10 minutes.  Then change to the Third Eye and move up from lowest to highest and ending on the Third Eye chakra.  That one also for 10 minutes.  If you need to start at 5 minutes that is ok also. As is up to 20 minutes each if so inclined.  Then several minutes of meditation in completeness from Root to Crown.

This will help get the energy flowing properly and help unclog those areas.  You can also customize this meditation if you feel lead to do so.  I have for myself a bit.

The finale is up to you to find what works best for your needs and with results.  As well as listening to your higher self and what is being asked of you.

I hope this helps.

Warmly,

aleshah

than more work than better you get

This to me seems like very good advice.

If these dreams are troubling you Kodemaster, don't seek to dispell them, seek to learn from them, and try to learn what meaning they might have for you. Often dreams are a tool used by our subconscious to bring something to our attention. Once your subconscious is happy that you've recieved message(s), you most likely won't be bothered again.

James.

What kind of influence have got mudras? As i read i wondered, how much they are used in meditation.I don't get it, how a complete circuit can fit only in one hand. :?: i suspect this has got psychological mimics.
As several meridians are exclusive from hands.
I was even wondering to find special points in the body to influence directly other parts of it,I am sure,  that is a funny exerience to find some. :)
