welcome to the astralpulse E-4rl [:)].

that's a nice meditation technique. for me i relax my mind and body, and then (usually) look inward and reflect on myself. as well, i normally try to set my body up to quickly recuperate itself when i am exhausted and i agree that it helps a great deal [:)].

I'am A starting member...And i can meditate for about 3 years. I lerned it on my sport; TAEKWONDO. Taekwondo is a sport from Korea.
I lerned meditation from my Taekwondo masters. They lerned me A something speacial of life.
This is one of ways i can meditate;

Imagine your a tree..A tree on a mountan. you feel the wind true your leeves... Your roots are deep in de ground. Nothing can move you. You roots lead to the core of the earth. There your roots are aconnected with the core of the earth. True your roots u gather energy from mother earth. The energy colour is ultraviolet. You can feel the ultraviolet rays going true your roots...

With this way you can regenerate your body with energy from mother earth.
We meditate after a taekwondo traning, when we are tired and exhausted. True meditation we can relax our minds and body after a extensive training.

This is the way how I learned how to maditate. I really would like to know how other people had learn meditation.

I hope i will get response from different kind of people's, with different forms of meditation. Meditation is such a powerfull way of life and balance.
