Ok, back again....

The tingling sensation you feel in your hands & feet, and as you go further, your arms & legs, your joints, and your energy centres (chakras) is awareness of the energy flowing in these areas.

Energy can be seen (with time and practice) when the third eye chakra is open and you are able to detect the energy aura of your body. As to maipulating it, there have been extensive posts on this subject in the last year. Use the advanced search function to look for energy manipulation and you'll find a ton of info.

As to what can be done with energy, once the energy body becomes charged beyond what it needs for day to day living (as an analogy, like eating till you are full rather than just eating to stop being hungry), you will find many uses for this excess energy will start opening up to you. This depends on any latent talents you might have, or abilities that you are very keen on developing. Eg, astral projection, telepathy, telekinetics, clairvoyance, etc.

"Paranormal" talents are usually the side effect of energy development. This is the horse you need to put in front of the cart. how much time and effort you put into energy development will determine wether your horse ends up being a miniature pony or a Clydesdale. There are some people thought heat do not need to work as much as others, and seem to be able to "just do stuff" without really trying. Usually these people have a naturally very high level of energy to begin with.

As to what extent you are able to use talents depend mainly on two things - 1) how much time and effort you're willing to put in and 2) How much you believe you can do something. You might have all the energy in the world, but if in your mind you are unable to accept that something is possible, you'll never succeed at it.

Ok, I've been somewhat practicing channeling energy for a while now.
At the moment I can concentrate on channeling energy through my hands, and after about a second, my hands start to tingle.
Is this actual energy?
I just want to be certain.
And if it is, are there any tips that anyone can give me for channeling energy?
EG. How to see the energy, and how to manipulate it.

Lastly, what all can be done with energy? Can it be used for things such as telekinesis etc.? And to what extent?

I'm new to all of this, and any help would be much appreciated.
