3 useful things to energize yourself

I wanted to share some really nice things everyone can use to raise the energy level over 9000.

1.

I've been having terrific success using a 3x5cm and roughly pointed quartz crystal for my chakra work. I hold it over each chakra and draw tiny circles. I have a nasty accumulated block in my solar plexus area and using the crystal I can easily alleviate it, sometimes it even seems to move the blockage up or down.
Yesterday I used the crystal over my third-eye chakra and the energy was so strong that whenever I held directly over it, i felt a strong magnetic surge and everytime I would move the crystal away a few centimeter, the surge would go away. This was pretty impressive as chakras usually feel much more subtle to me.
Quartz have known harmonizing effects but it also helps me focusing the energy on a spot by pointing the crystal over it. I have a thesis that minerals also, somehow amplifie subtle energy.

2.

Has anyone used those before? This is a piece of plastic connecting two regular bottles, in the middle is a tiny hole. Once you shake the bottle a bit, you form a whirl.
Whenever I do this a couple of times while looking at it, my whole body is overcome with an intense, fine vibration. Nothing to date has energized me more than water that is energized using this Schauberger's technique, mind you - prior to drinking it.
Quite noticably, water that has been run through like 5 times becomes much more smooth in taste.
This device has been scientifically tested, comparing frozen tap water with frozen whirl-energized water.
The result was this:
The pieces usually run under the name "water tornado" for like 3$, I got a more spiritual version with Love & Gratitude standing on it, in like 7 languages.

3. Using himalayan salt for cooking

Get yourself some himalayan salt, which is nothing else than natural, unaltered salt that these salt lamps consist of.

Like any salt it's mostly sodium chloride, but it contains 84 trace minerals (from 96 known to man). Can you imagine how awesome this effects the etheric energy body?
The trace minerals also act as dampeners for the sodium chloride that is naturally very agressive.
Refined cooking salt, which is pure sodium chloride, is so agressive that it has become known as unhealthy.
Yet even worse, the industry laces it with Iodine and the artificial sodium fluoride which is neurotoxic.
Himalayan salt actually tastes a lot better than regular cooking salt. In fact it's so good that even when overdosed, it doesn't become an unpleasant taste. This salt has a distinct feeling of treasure to me.
In fact for thousands of years, people have been paid not with gold, but with natural salt. They called it white gold.

Cool stuff, but what do you mean by raising the energy level over 9000? What units are you measuring energy in?

Also, What do you think about my idea for the electronic orgone generator electronic orgone generator with quartz crystals?

Gbob

How do we know if there's a blockage in one of our chakras? Also where do you get the crystals from? I've tried searching on ebay but they're only tumblestones...how much do they cost?

Oh come on  :-( it's just... 'over 9000' has become a quite popular meme on the internet - a joke. You say it when you want to describe an awesome extend, it refers to a DBZ episode.

QuoteAlso, What do you think about my idea for the electronic orgone generator electronic orgone generator with quartz crystals?

Basically nothing. I certainly don't know enough about Orgone dynamics. Your drawing looks like what Karl Weltz invented and calls Ogone acumulator.

One single-terminated crystal of the size I suggested probably about a dollar. A wholesale mineral site I ordered from sell about 1 kilogram of sharpened ones for about 18€ here in Germany. A few 5cm ones are among them.
Smaller ones will probably do just aswell.

You can just feel when there's a blockage, the Chakras of our etheric body are linked to our physical body through the endocrine glands. A chakra block often manifests in muscular tension in the area.

Goes to show you how much I know.  And the sad part is that I actually watched DBZ at one time, when my son was at 'that age'.  Oh well, that's what old age does to you.

So what do you think? Planning to get any of these?  :-)

I already have a little thing that lets me put two bottles together and make a vortex.

This thread has been more thought-provoking than that for me, though.  I think I'm going to experiment with other objects/shapes as well.
What is the sound of no leaves cloving?

radman32

what about singing bowls?? i found a thread on hear that mentioned them, and i googled them. Even the mp3 files of the real high class jars makes me feel energy in me chakras.

Do you eat a super healthy diet? Like going vegan, or eating hemp, chlorella, spirulina?? Just wondering if these food sources help either.

Also, where can you buy Himalayan salt?

Help in which way?

It helps to energize us, certainly.

I might go as far to say that food is probably the number 1 source of life-force energy intake, after the sleep world.
Note that feeling sleepy doesn't equal being low in energy.

Someone from the Orgonite movement conducted an experiment, laying a piece of Orgonite (contains quartz crystals) near an unopened banana and leaving it laying there for a longer time. The result was that the shell was really brown or black but the inside of the banana looked very fresh and young. In other words, bananas live and when we eat them we consume their living energy.

I'm vegan and I don't eat meat because I believe that it contains bad energies on the etheric side, while on the physical side it makes a really heavy stomach. Since I don't eat meat until I have to or am really tempted like in a restaurant, I am not used to "heavy foods" that make me feel sleepy and tired like meat does. This is a big advantage to eating vegan. I don't say that meat takes away your energy instead of providing you with it, i simply don't know, but I don't like feeling the body-low caused by meat consumption.
I consume a lot of yoghurt though, and milk and eggs i don't know if they're detrimental but for a perfect diet it's probably best to avoid them, as you don't need them. I try to get as much organic as possible. It has been shown that atleast some organically grown contains more life-force energy.

But if you just want to seriously detox I recommend getting some Jim Humble's MMS, which is not a formula but basically a discovery about the use of a chemical and it's dirtcheap in context to it's effectiveness.
This will clean you right out.

Quotewhere can you buy Himalayan salt?

I saw it recently in my local mall. It is the mall with the highest quality foods in Germany.

Perhaps you just have to find a good online wholesale. Be careful not to receive fake-salt.
Himalayan salt is generally pink as a whole, and has brown and red pieces in it. You can use google pics as a reference.

When eating a lot of salt one needs something sweet to balance this out. And if you want to stay healthy you need something that resembles a substitute to sugar as close as possible.

Stevia is an actually healthy natural sweetener which looks like joe plant. You pick a leaf, eat it and basically get a piece that tastes like black licorice straight from nature.
Most of it comes in form of powder extract or concentrate in various qualities. Often they are only the chemically sorted out sweetening agents of Stevia. The powder is dosed like salt. In fact a high quality product is so sweet intense that if you inhale the dust of the powder by mouth (which happened to me) it is enough to activate your sweet receptors. Stevia's sweetening agents are about 300~ times sweeter than sugar and about 20 times sweeter by weight in the final powder product.
Stevia does not taste as smooth as sugar but it does the job for balancing out a salt-rich diet and it is quite affordable.

"In 98% of all people who used a teaspoon of the brine (himalayan crystal salt) in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water, their meridian system is balanced nearly to a perfect state within 15 minutes after the intake of the brine."

Healthy live foods will always provide more nourishment and energy than anything processed or sitting in refrigeration for far too long, example:- Bananas picked when green and stored at low temps until you buy it from the store, which is when the skin browns and the innards are edible.

Looking at trees until you see their glow will also raise your energy levels. As will looking at anything of natural beauty until you see its glow.

Bringing white light in through the crown chakra will re-energise you.

Raising the energy from your Base Chakra up into the rest of the body will also energize you.

White lighting a glass or bottle of water before drinking it will enhance its effect on the body and energize you.

What do you mean by glow?

Tayesin

If you look casually at trees or anything of natural beauty, you will notice a glow start to form around it. If you try to focus on it you won't see it, so soften the focus and let it happen. Once you see it you will feel your energy respond.

I've been drinking a lot of loose-leaf green tea and have noticed a difference in my energy level and concentration. Especially concentration - my pinball scores have been increasing dramatically.

Stimpy

there is a much easer way to energize water. Its our own thoughts and emotions. What i do is simply thank the water before i drink it (sounds a Little silly) so here is the whole science behind it: http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=water+the+great+mystery+&emb=1#  or watch at youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5wN0qGu1gI&feature=PlayList&p=37394B2E6602C2E6&index=0&playnext=1  i hope its usefull for you

Sorry I didn't see this question before-
I have a variety of crystals for different purposes, and I take salt showers frequently, I also have a salt lamp, which smells delicious, and I have on occasion charged water.  I also tried doing the magnet thing on my water (I forgot the term.)
I also take fish oil and ginseng when my energy runs low.

So there you have it.

what kind of salt?

I use large crystal salt (and it works well for me) like pickling salt, but everyone I know says that Dead Sea Salt is best.

Good, I was just hoping you wouldn't say table salt.

Well I can't see how anything would be better than crystal salt. It is supposed to have grown over millions of years, rising from the sea and growing with the mountains, containing trace minerals of all our bodies are made of.

I can't believe I haven't mentioned this before but drinking it from sole (26% brine) teaspoonwise to a glas of water is healthy as heck. You can find an article showing how under the microscope, 15 minutes after drinking the sole the blood unclumps.

From what I see there are two variations sold, the pink/red/yellow crystal salt and the pure white commonly called Halite.
I found that white Halite is even less agressive and softer to drink than the red crystal salt.

Anyways I highly recommend drinking crystal salt, it's a terrific energizer especially when drunken with vortex-energized water. It will restore me even after fully exhausting hikes.

Here are microscope pics of the three common salt types from left to right: "Himalayan" crystal salt, sea salt, table salt

I think it gives a visual idea of how powerful, energy laden the crystal salt really is.

It's too bad we all lost our respect for this #1 food supplement after what the industry has done by refining it, making it a poison and destroying salt's reputation as a life giver. It was once seen equal to gold.

Dear friends,

My mom recently got a rock of "himalayan" crystal salt (with a lamp in it) to the kindergarten where she works at and she reports that kids sleep better and even those who would not sleep at all, would sleep now.

This salt is just amazing.

peace

I have one too, and it smells delicious.
