ok for telekinesis i would suggest gazing at the objct and asking in your mind for it to move, say "will you move?" and than i would visualise my subconsious  coming out and and making it move. and third i would practice.

I have much spare time and i would like to start telekinesis lucid dreaming, and oobe

im going to read the sections on the site but can anyone please tell me some tips and the basics i should know.
i just need to know the basics of all 3 and how to start them, and if you have any other good sites please tell me those also.
