new energy expirience

Hi guys, being a novice medium I'm reasonably accustomed to different energies, but what I experienced last week was very different.

I attended a healers circle that I hadn't been to before at a local spiritualist church. The leader of the circle lead us through a meditation, shortly after bringing us back my feet started to feel really strange! they felt slightly numb but really warm and tingly. The warm tingly sensation then spread from my feet through my body and up to the top of my head. It was quite quite over whelming and made me feel really floaty and spaced out ! I took some deep breathes and cleared it but could feel it starting again through my feet and calf's on and off for the next ten minutes or so.

it didn't feel like an external spirit energy, it felt more internal and felt very powerfull !! is this normal in healing? regards Marcus.

yeah thats a good sign, you should try to make this feeling become more and more dense, that way it permeates more of your innards, think of dunking a sponge in water as opposed to sprinkling afew drops of water on..  
try doing some yoga to cultivate this feeling,  espcially the five tibetan rejuvination exercises, there a topic about them with a link to a site explaining how to do them in the spiritual development forum.
I did them for a while at night and felt really light and bouncy the next morning, always a good sign of a rich energy flow.
both tai chi instructors in the class i go to bounce along as they walk like they'v got small springs attatched to their feet.
