Energy Problem

martial arts can help you gain power, and with that power you can gain control over energy. but i don't mean the sports that most north americans have turned the martial arts into. i mean the actual warring arts. not neccessarily conducive to spiritual development either, but it's an idea.

In the psychic self-defense forum I posted my story about being attacked by a powerful magician. He steals my energy, I can feel it being drained. I also feel him pump my heart with energy. What I would like to know is how to build my energy up. I need to over power the energy he is sending me and the power to over come the negativity and spells he is casting. Is there a good program to build energy?
