I have a problem.

I have a problem that has persisted for about 4 days now.  I get these insane itches that whenever you scratch them they come back ten times worse and WONT go away.  I recently bought Bruces book Mastering Astral Projection and have been doing some extensive energy body work and am wondering if there is any correlation to this?  I cant do it at the moment though because every time I try to do any energy work these itches take over like mad.  There are NO appearances of any kind on my skin I should add.  Has anyone ever heard of this or know anything about it?

That does help but these come back after I scratch them.  And they come back INTENSE....  It's making me very restless.

Perhaps you are not meant to be doing these practices that you have started?  Perhaps you are not ready, or you need to look into another form of energy work that is more suitable to you?

I don't believe in coincidences, so it would be no coincidence that these things have happened around the same time...

what are "cobweb sensations"?  I have heard of feeling like you are walking through cobwebs as being a sign of walking through spirits/ghosts, but I'm pretty sure that you aren't talking about that!!
