I've heard that is a very effective method to raise energy. How exactly do you do it (explain in detail). Ive been trying to figure out how people are doing it. When I try to focus on my heartbeat, my breathing slows down and then my hearbeat slows down and then I LOSE energy. The same thing happens when I practice my TK, I stop breathing a lot of times and my chest starts hurting but I dont lose energy when I do TK.
well this is very easy and effective...... i tense up my body and do some warm ups to get a 'lock' on my heart beat and then i raise my energy...
this could help those who have a hard time doing other methods
the key is to put everything in the same "rhythm".
It is OK if I raise energy with my heart's rhythm, I find it more easy, but I don't know if it is effective.
