In one of the books I read, it said that if the body is a wet sponge and it is squeezed the liquid which comes out is jing. Bodily fluids. Yes, sexual fluids are usually referred to. The idea of a video of tossing this sort of jing on another person suddenly amuses me.
I think there is a wide misconception of jing. First off, ki is japanese, and the Japanese language does not have the letters "ng" together at the end of a word - ever. They might have "ringo" or something along those lines, but never "ng" by itself at the end like "ching" or "jing." Therefore the concept of ki cannot be mixed with jing.
Also, Jing is supposed to be more of a raw type of energy. It is NOT, however, compacted chi made to do physical damage. I heard it is actually raw emotional energy or sexual energy or something like that. Anybody who tells you jing is compacted ki is a moron and should go study some chinese or japanese PROPER energy developments.
