Firstly, the name "ki" belongs to Japanese practices of energy work, none of which involve the making of ki balls. Ki balls are an idea started by a worldwide phenomenon, almost a cult now, where people are naive and decieved and believe that energy work is about shooting people and fighting and "techniques."

Like I said in your other post - go do some NEW Energy Ways. That convinced me about energy more than my research into ancient religions did. NEW has given me a sensitivity to energy - I can't see it but I can feel it more than when I started out (and I started on the same path as you: the stupid path of WESTERN ki).

I'm also getting the ability to feel other people's emotions, especially if they are close to me. For example, I've almost got a psychic bond with my girlfriend (both a good and bad thing, seeing as I've got a Neg hanging around me it might try to attack her), and I can feel what she's feeling when I'm around her. Once she looked perfectly happy but I knew she was sad - I even asked her if she was [|)].

Do more research into energy before you decide to think that energy is all about techniques and crap like that. It's about spiritual balance my friend - learn that now and you'll go a long way.

No amount of rigorous training, sitting and doing nothing, and clearing one's mind can help a man who hasn't overcome his doubts.

confused. keep learning how to feel your energy, and while you're at it, check out some of the older posts on these forums: some of them are really really good (too bad we can't have some of the thought provoking threads that happened back then. oh well [|)])

be patient. these things take time. just do other things while you are doing these things so that you don't feel that you are wasting your time doing this.[:)]

Ki (psi, chi, whatever you want to call it) balls are very difficult, if not almost impossible to make visible. It would take a large amount of energy. My friend and I tried this one game (I don't know what else to call it) where we made ki balls, and thought of and emotion (ie love, sadness, etc.) while we made them, and they got "programmed" with that emotion. We would then throw or give them to eachother and feel the emotion in them.

Ok, for your photo needs.. well it's not going to happen. I'll explain using the photon theory. Ok, Ki is an energy (but not limited to being that) and has certain properties. One thing is doesn't have, is protons. This brings up two points. 1) Ki does not have protons. Photons emit light, and thier absence leads to being no light being produced. You cannot photograph something that has no light, so that is that. So, ki is not able to be seen (physicaly not aurically)

2) Ki is positivly charge. Netrons=0 because of their nutreality (sp?) and electrons are positivly charged so they = 1. Normally within something, Photons which= -1 , would counter the electrons, but with their absence it leaves it to be 1, which means that Ki is positivly charged.

also, Psi-Adept:
You refer to Ki being the same as Psi. I recommend you look into the subject of Psi (Psipog.net) before you confused others with you response.

Tom

The whole point of this thread was about if ki / energy is objectively real or just something that all of us are imagining. The idea of a photograph is just a specific example of a way to show that there is something objective to ki / energy. Unfortunately, whether or not ki / energy can be photographed it is not proof to have a picture. These things are too easily faked. What would be helpful would be a way to show that ki / energy can be objectively shown to exist. What makes this so difficult is that it is usually necessary to learn how to perceive it and that it is necessary to change in order to perceive it better.

Psi-Adept, I hope you will not take that remark personally about not having studied sufficiently and about confusing people.

Echidna, maybe you should read about photons, electricity, and magnetism in actual books on physics. If you can provide documentation to say that electrons are positive, for example, I will be amazed.

You don't need a picture to beleive something.  If you trust it well enough you can make do without a picture in anything.  Think about the millions of people who beleive in Jesus Christ.  We still don't have a picture of him (at least I don't think we do) that can be proven as the real deal.  He may not have been some guy in robes with a beard, but we assume he is.

Kinda sorta maybe?  Good enough...

Tom

A few months of daily effort can establish the proof of energy. Start by not being able to feel it and then be able to work with it. Obviously something changed.

So how long is it necessary to work at it (if it is possible) to develop an experience of Jesus Christ?

If we could track down one of Jesus's robes, how much would it sell for on e-Bay?

this is what I found...
What is an electron?

Electrons are charged particles which orbit around the core of an atom.
An electron is a positively charged particle which circles the nucleus of an atom. Electrons help to give matter many of its characteristics. They are the reason that chemical reactions take place and that the sun and other stars radiate the light we see.
Although electrons are vital to our everyday life, until 100 years ago no one even knew they existed. Before we discover more about electrons, let's take a quick tour around an atom. It is important to understand the structure of an atom, and the role the electron has to play as a building block.

If you were to use an extremely powerful microscope and magnify a piece of material (perhaps the phosphor dots you are looking at now), eventually the atoms, which make up the structure of all matter, would become visible. However, even at magnifications of nearly 100 million times, the atoms would still look small. In fact, an atom measures only 0.0000000001 metres in diameter. That's small, and yet the atom isn't even the smallest particle in the universe!
Each atom is made up of three types of sub-atomic particle. These are: protons and neutrons, which form the atom's core; and electrons which move around the core. Different elements (such as carbon, gold, oxygen and lead) have different numbers of electrons - and protons and neutrons. It is this that gives each element its own unique set of characteristics. The more protons there are in the core, the more electrons surround it. Carbon, a light element, has only six electrons, while lead, a heavy element, has 82 electrons, and hydrogen, the lightest element of all has only one electron.

Electrons have nothing to do with the type of atom. They only make up the charge. Electrons are constantly leaving and entering an atom's energy field. The only thing is that the more protons there are, the more electrons there need to be in order for it to have a neutral charge. Grade 10 science does  teach you something.
GOOOOOO MR.CROSBY!!!!!!

Links Shadow

Protons carry a positive charge
Electrons carry a negative charge
Neutrons carry no charge
Just for Echidna's knowledge you seemed to be getting your info from a poor source.

hey guys,
im starting to have my douts in ki. i have made that tigaly warm feeling running through my body. but im not sure if the ki balls are really real? if anybody has a picture of them doing a ki ball or some then im convince! they are real. and i will no longer have any doughts but. i mean are they invisible green blue gold or what? i know im asking for alot but i would be amazed and very happy. if i had no doughts and i knew 100% sure that a ki ball was real. thank you.
