It sounds as if your lucid dreaming, which means that you have realized you are dreaming in a dream, and can consequently control it. This is a method of ASTRAL PROJECTION, which you can learn a lot about by reading back posts and picking up a copy of ASTRAL DYNAMICS by Bruce somethingerother. Im not a KI expert, so Im not sure what your talking about "ki balls" I think that the thumbs burning has something to do with leaving and entering the astral plane but im not sure. good luck!

Well yes i can sometimes tell when im dreaming being able to wake when i want but i cant do that often but also when i can tell im dreaming if i hear a sound from umm ill call it the real world an object will be added to my dream for ex. my alarm clock went off and i pictured it in my dream as a big upsidedown beehive thing it was glowing blue and buzzing because my alarm clock was buzzing and i can some times comunicate with people even thought im asleep

What kind of things can you see before they happen? Like you will daydream that someone is coming to see you and then a few minutes later they do?

If so it sounds like you might be clairvoyant, I think that is the right term. Like jilola suggested in your other post, try meditation and start practicing Robert Bruce's NEW Energy Ways.

hey man- relax- i've had the exact same thing- its wierd isnt it- you wake up and know you dreamt of something but can't remember what it was- then later that day- you recognise something and *BLAM* next thing you know you are remembering a conversation before it has been said- dont worry its perfectly natural.

I think he means he's dreaming (or daydreaming) about things that will happen the next day or a few moments later. Correct me if I'm wrong, Shadowatcher.

If I'm right, it would most probably be Precognition, which is quite common. This is not something special or something. Everybody gets that now and then, some people more than others.

Ki - or Chi, or Qi - and Psi are both energies; some people say they are the same, others say they are different energies. I think they are different, but it's entirely up to you to decide what you think is right. Psi is... - well, like Psionic1290 said in the thread Psi Energy: "Psi energy- a byproduct of a chemical shot off by your nervous system." Telepathy, Empathy, Precognition, the Kinesis and Clairvoyance are for example part of the Psionics and are all abilities than can be developed. Chi is used a lot in Martial Arts, but I don't know that much about Chi, this is about as far my knowledge goes along with the basics.
www.psipog.com is an excellent site about the Psionics, but I unfortunately do not know any good sites about Chi.

Btw, I'm new here. I couldn't find a place where I could introduce myself... So... Eh, female, 16 years old, and doing Psionics and recently started Magick. And I can't Astral Project yet, that's in fact why I'm here. ^.^ I'm sure I will learn a lot here, thanks in advance for that.

There's something wrong wwith your account then. There should be seven icons at the top of each of your own posts. And the logging in bit is definitely not right.

that same thing happens to me when i dream too but not often, i used to think its because id been disturbed and wasnt fully asleep but now ive read more im sure its not. i can also change what happens in the dream (if i dont like it) sometimes i wake and get up for a drink etc, go back to sleep and my dream will carry on were it left off! anyone explain this?? thankyou x

You're saying you can control your dreams (probably because you know you're dreaming)? That's called lucid dreaming. ^.^ I've heard it's possible to go to the astral plane while having a Lucid dream, but since I 1) can't astral projection and 2) had only 1 lucid dream in my entire life, I don't know for sure. ^.^

thanks for that, i wondered if it was lucid but i havent read into it yet. it doesnt happen all the time but when it does im usually dreaming about a very close freind who died un expectedly early this year. is this my way of meeting him? can lucid dreaming be easily induced? if so how? thanks

PLS someone help me i dont know anything about kis or pies or what not but i do have a strong felling im not normal in my sleep i can see things befor they happen i can do the same when day dreaming so pls dont ask me to tell what your thinking because i cant controle it it just happens anywhy after i have these moments my thumbs burn very baddly and this ki ball sounds interesting if anyone out there can help me i would be happy
