Let us start with basic spelling and courtesy in a public forum. It is somewhat difficult to take anyone seriously who cannot even be bothered to string together a coherent, well formed sentence.
This could be further an indication on your approach to energy work. Have you practised the basics of the craft? Chances are, you are attempting to do work which requires skill, experience and practise but without "doing the boring homework first".

I need much help, do u need a certain amount of energy to make a psi/ki ball, will u know when uve made one? How can u c them in your hands? I also need help with ki fire i just cant seem to get it to work.
