Congradulations on improving your life.  Robert Bruces book has also changed my life for the better as I am sure it has for everyone who has read it.  It is nice to hear of other peoples success with this amazing book.

My dear folks,

It has been approximately 6 months since I started reading Mr Bruce's work and started exploring the techniques described there.

I cannot begin to explain the changes it has brought upon my life. It helped me focus, identify problems and negative influences, it helped me understand myself so that I can understand others and their views. It is so incredible to feel so much right now, it even caught my own body by surprise.

I cannot put a finger on what I feel or what changed, but something has, and this world that I thought I knew so much about opened up in front of me.

...and I haven't yet started working with my chakras, as per Mr. Bruce's advice it should take a year for the secondary centers to develop, and they almost have.

The depression which is mentioned, the one which follows energy work, is more of the soothing kind. It is not a real depression, but it appears like such to the outside world. I am slowly adjusting to this new awareness, like every natural process of the human body it cannot happen overnight, but I begin to see the good path on which it is going.

Once here I now realize that the negative entities which I yet have to see and experience are a shadow which feeds on your own fear my friends. The more you contemplate the ways to destroy or outsmart them the more they contemplate channels to your fears.
The more you take your mind off of them and just be yourself, knowing your path, knowing your weakness and your strengths, the less of them there will be.

A big thank you, and to all those that fear, let it be no more - because a fear of yourself cannot help you conquer and progress to the next level of existance.
