Energy Body F**** up! - need help

If you have not already done so I would go to doctor to verfy that this is not being caused by something other than N.E.W. like a neurlogical condition or something more like a brain tumor.

ride it out, it should pass, but it may take a while, possibly months. i think it happens because your spirit and your body are getting used to being able to feel one another.

and maybe go see a doctor.

Here's a question to you, when your practicing with energy, do you feel your tan tien?(you should have a strange feeling under ur belly botton about 2 inches inside you) or do you get a strange feeling under your heart. If its under your heart, then the problem is that your using your sub heart while you should be using your sub naval area, doing this makes your energy body unstable and can cause mental and emotional problems. To fix this practice using your subnaval for a while until everything is regulated again.

Here is my problem; I purchased Robert Bruce's Book about a year ago.

Started the energy raising techniques.  I have stopped the exercises because of major unusual body reactions to it.  

My legs continually twitch
My arms twitch occasionally also.
And my torso twitches occasionally.
My nights are occasionally disrupted by this nasty feeling of anxiety, which gives these weird physical sensations of being sea-sick/dizzy/wave like feeling that sweeps right over my body.

Please someone tell me what is happening to me?
Is there any way of doing a CTRL-Z action (UNDO) cause I'm sick of this energy business and I want to be normal again.
