Physical effects from ki? whats ur opinion?

yes and no, ki affects ki. but there is a energy called jing that can destroy anything. i have had brown marks on my hands where i used to much ki and you can put someone in pain but thats about it.

i don't want a lotta ppl like "newbie u don't know nothin" or n/e thing like that, i just wanna know what ur opinion is on physical effects from ki, i mean if someone trained enough do u think there would be good physical results, like a red mark on the skin, or a little bark blown from a tree?
