i need some help. I have unnormal headache

I couldn't say for sure what your issue is, but I know that when I try to understand something spiritual/metaphysical and it's a very complex, deep subject, my head can hurt for awhile if I try to go to fast.

the thing is that this is not happening to me when i try to understan...(unteel now)...

try to feel the difference between your energy and others energy, when you think and concentrate on a person you know, you get a "feeling" that is unique to that person
now feel that in you, and when a headache occurs check if it's your energy or not
now to deal with headache i do something like this:
gather energy near that place, make it a spiral turining in clockwise direction and interfering with the headache, absorbing it, changing in positive/whatever or just get rid of it
works for my headaches, it takes a bit more to deal with headache made by someone else

earlyer in enterd a post, the zeta comunication or the other one. anyway aftetr 10 seconds my head start to kill me a "little"

exit the post everything back to normal.

since then (2-4 hours maybe more, can't say) when i write something on this site that "someones" don't like it's starting...i refraze or delete some sentences and the pain with it.

what happens.

i used the pendulum (like in the post presented in Divination forum) for 2 days, a total of 4-5 hours.

and i on't know if this is good or not. hope good. but i'm kinda of scared.

in the last week everything about me...changing? i don't know...
so if anyone knows what this could be please post.
