I've been reading Robert's book, Astral Dynamics: A New Approach to Out-of-Body Experiences.  There's a lot of great information in it.  My only complaint is it's almost too detailed.  I'm thinking of creating a reference guide to summarize the exercises in the book for myself.  Is there anything like that already out there?
