not sure what it is, but try using your energy to soothe it. don't "scratch" it using your energy as that may just make it worse.

Hi im new here but I've been working with energy development and astral projection for a few weeks now. At first I was experiencing headaches, but now I'm getting this weird itch in the place where  my third eye is at  it's annoying because it feels like its inside of my skull.
                                                  Anybody have any Idea what this is?
