Hi Kutabare, and welcome to the forum![:)]

Thank you for these posts. It's quite refreshing to see proper ki exercises posted here that show some of what it's true nature is.

I'm sorry to say though I couldn't get the second link working. It might just be that my proxy server at work can't resolve the address. I'd be interested if anyone else can reach it.

Thanks again,
James.

Nay

I tried the second link and it would not work for me either..

Thank you for recieving me.
and im sorry that the second link just wont work {sorry}. I'll try to come up with another link for jing.
{I hope you guys don't think I'm a fool for putting my trust in something that may not be true.}
And one more thing If I put up posts that aren't true , I mean for them to be entertaioning and not for impressing.

You don't have to feel that way at all Kutabare.

Now, I'm not entirely sure of what you might have considered as foolish, so I'll respond from a couple of directions.
Firstly, web sites die all the time, so links that work one minute are gone the next.
Secondly, theres nothing wrong at all about following a practice that has been around for thousands of years and has proven benefits.

It's all good! [:)]
James.

exercises for ki are on this page:
http://www-staff.mcs.uts.edu.au/~osborn/ki.html
{no im not osborn , just appreciate his tallent}
exercises for jing are on this page:
http://web.singnet.sg/~limittk/neijing.html

what i derive from these two articles are that ki and jing can be soft or hard; internal or external; and a manifestation of the spitir and body.
