strange willed energy burst.

hello  to the people...

i  find i  can  will  a burst of energy in my chest,  either  than or  somehow  i  manage  to  shift my focus  into my energy  body briefly...

i  discovered it  by  doing  something  liek  jumping  up  in a burst  of  energy and  screming  "HEEEEYYYAAA"   like letting  out  some  accumulated  excitement....

BUT..

at  the last minuite  stop  yourself  from  doing..

so,  try  preparing  yourself  to  jump  up and  scream in a fit  of  excitement,  but  stop  yourself  at the very last minuite.


no  physical  motion  is needed  for this.

reading back  over this post,  it  seems  quite vague  but  its  interesting non-the-less.
