help on making ki balls

Personally Ive never tried making a KI ball, but Ive heard they are invisible manifestations of your life force. You mention "sparks like flashes". Also, what training method did you use to achieve making ki balls?

well the sparks i forgot to menssion are because i mostly practice electrokinesis but you made a good point about ki being invisable so i guess the ball me and my friends made could have been something simular it wasnt big it was about the size of this ( o ) and bright me and my friends are sure it was there no mistakes about it but it apeared for about a couple of seconds .

1. first i meditate
2. i just try to make visible balls of energy like electro balls

The sparks you saw were due to Ki turning into jing. Jing Balls are visible to naked eyes. This means that you have now reached the early stages of Ki to Jing interconversion.

now ive been practicing on making ki balls for about a year and a halfi can make little spark like flashes me and my friends made a small ball o f light one time but i cant do that i know i have enough energy i feal it in my wrists but i cant get it out can somebody gice me advice on concentrating to form a ki ball
