Energy and astral projection

Astral Projection can be done without energy work. How do you think people spontaneously project? Im not a spntaneous projector, but I do reccomend energy work. I haven't been able to do anything other than induce the trance state yet. The NEW system I reccomend for ANYONE who has the time, because it makes sleep VERY interesting. THe NEW system causes false awakenings,lucid dreams, and OOBE's to become lucid. I can DECIDE if i want to dream or not! Im 14, and I also reccomend the energy work, because I had an accidental ALMOST projection experience a while back. I played around with NEW the night before, and woke up, spoke to my dad, and laid back down, and fell into a payalysis type state. I then was hit with the vibration stage. This way of using NEW to induce these experiences will help you because you can learn alot about lucid dreams and the vibration and trance state, avoiding ruining chances for a projection EVER again, because you had to abort one due to fear. Cool.... And a question just hit my mind.... Since youre 14 and another kid is 14 and im 13, How many kids do you think in my 1,200 kid school would be involved with this???

Hi Im 13 years old and im having a tough time projecting... In order to oobe do i have to have a specific amount of energy?? If I do more energy work, will it become easier to acheive an astral projection? Or can I just do it without any energy work??
