Third Eye Opening HELP!!!

you've been misinformed.  third eyes don't open and close like a toggle switch.  they are always open, but with varying degrees.

that being said, i suggest using the system outlined on this web site.  go to the "training" tab and click on NEW energy ways.

AND you don't need coloured paper or a colour printer for that matter.  Just anything that prints if you want to save it and print it or you can just save it to your comp for viewing later OR you can view the whole thing online.  Your choice.

U can't have a specific exercise "to open your third eye". Exercises should be done on all of your energetic body developing it overall. Otherwise the disbalance can lead to serious deseases!

I have been experimenting with psi, but i would also like to see auras of spirits and demons alike without buying a book. Can anyone give me an exercise to open my third eye or find a website with exercises..
