hi,

ive been having this for past 2 days now it started at my heart chakra which only now feels excited, but the burning feeling is the throat chakra area.

i had bit of depression before this and tried to soothe a way the odd burning feelings which as left the heart and moved up to the throat now.

not sure whats going on here if its like a cleansing thats moving up after
the depression or just something thats out of place.

Not to be funny, but it sounds like acid reflux. You might need to go to a Dr. or in the least take some tums.
