Kundalini pulse ?

Good to see you around again. I haven't had any experiences which resemble yours. So I'm not sure what it was.

It sounds like there was an excess of energy in the root chakra which had to go somewhere. Maybe Kundalini, maybe not. One thing I was thinking about is RB mentioning his chakras "strobing" light up the next chakra sometimes when they got too charged up. I've never experiences anything like that either, but you might want to reread what he says about this and see if it sounds familiar.

Thank you for your theory, i think you may be in the truth, though it's strange for my base chakra is after my sacral the hardest one to activate fully for me. So i really don't know from where would come this excess of energy ... (?) But it must be something like that, i'll go to check again in Bruce's tutorials as i don't remember this strobing thing when there's too much energy, but i admit that i haven't read them for awhile And in fact i wasn't really thinking of a "real" kundalini rising, but maybe some pulsation as i remember Bruce talking about it. I'm actually making some "experimentations" on the base chakra right now, charging it up to it's maximum (for as my development goes on i feel more and more a gap between its development with the sacral chakra and the 4 above which are very sensitive and reponsive so i want to "smooth" all this to avoid an unbalanced energy body) so it might happen again. I'll let you know

Hi guys !
I've been doing NEW actively (1/2 - 1h a day in average) for more than 2 years now, and i have really good results. Raising my kundalini is one of my long term goal, but i'm not obsessed by it nor awaiting it.
However, about 1 month ago, i woke up in the morning for i felt a really hard "bitting" in my perineum, at the place of my base chakra, which really hurted me in fact (and woke me up as i said), and i felt a HUGE, and i really say HUGE vibration inside it, like my base chakra was about to collapse or something (lol), i couldn't feel anything else than this, and in a matter of a second i felt something like a fist hitting me very hard in this area and making it's way up. I was totally surprised and frightened in fact (i was not expecting anything and dreaming a few seconds before) and i push the best i could to make a barrier on its way, which i did, and there was like a small "deflagration" when my willpower stopped this pulse from going up (it stopped at about the aera of the sacral chakra in my back) and i had a weird feeling for 2 days inside me, like if i had "turista" (lol - which was not the case of course !)
I'm just posting this experience now for i thought at this time it was some neg attack, and i almost forget it, but a few days ago i happened to read an experience of kundalini and it made me think about it. I'm not saying it was an actual kundalini raising, but could it be some kind of kundalini energetic pulse ? And why now ?
