Born with raised kundalini

When I was six years old and around my brothers birth I have a memory of feeling a strong sensation of love towards my brother and a circulating of energy, specifically around my heart chakra. My memory is a bit vague but what I remember is this feeling of circulating energy and love. A very pleasant feeling and more profound than I have experienced in my adult life after all this years of meditation and dealing with kundalini. So I have two questions: is it possible to be born with a raised kundalini? And have anyone else had similar experiences?
