Why do I twitch?

Dose any one know why I twitch whilst charging. one time
I whent all out and insted of twitching all my musless were tenced altho I was trying to relax because I know the energy flows beter if you relax. After my chi was very stong and it felt like it was pulseing every 1-2 seconds without me doing anything. This lasted for about 20 mins. It felt incredable i felt like i could take on the world.
