Manipulating Energy

Okay, i'm a young indigo (12) I've started manipulating energy. I have gotten where i can manipulate it and make a ball, toss it from hand to hand and can sense its presence easily. I was wondering if you can manipulate energy while astral?

Since energy exists on the astral plane.. you should be able to see the energy while astral.   I think it's good practice.. it'll be easier to focus it.. if you can see it... and then.. when you're awake.. you can do the same thing, and know for sure.. that the neergy is there and stronger, and more focused..

what happens with you, if you eat from astral 
i can bend the space, fly, eat things, breath under water, going trough walls, fireing psyballs, reading books, fight, push, formchange, change my own form, change
the astral world, change the purpose being there, enough said...?
