Sex and the drive to procreate is probably the most powerful urge of the flesh.  Much stronger than love or hate or the desire to protect your children.

Sex is a great way to build energy, it's been used that way for 1000's of years if not more []  Don't confuse sex and lust and orgasms, they are all different things.

I think in fact that food is the most powerful urge of the flesh Sex is the last to appear (teenagers) and the first to disapear with age. But nevertheless, it is the most powerful regarding energy release i agree.
Having erotic thoughts does 2 things to your energy body : it drains your energy to the sexual area and make your brow chakra to work (fantasies). I don't know though the impact on the astral. But a small thought shouldn't do much, at least if you're not totally obsessed by it []

To be perfectly blunt one night (for some reason) I was cursed with sexual desires in my dreams. My dream worlds changed as I would wake up each time a sexual scenario began in my dream but every time I did I woke up with intense vibrations as if my body itself were prepared to exit and I just had to finish the job. It was however during a time I was practicing a new method but the dreams were before my practice even begun.

Well, i don't want to talk again about masturbation and how you lose energy when you re doing this but about sexual thoughts and how these affect us. What's exactly is happening in the astral when you are having sexual thoughts about a person and making all kinds of erotic scenes? Do you lose energy(much?) when you are doing this(only with stimualtion not with masturbation)? Do you create negative entities that chase you later to steal your sexual energies(something like incubus/succubus)?
I know that this is a big topic but i would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this because i'm in the middle of a conflict now A year has passed since my last projections in the astral and all this time i've stopped energy work and generally everything spirtual.......ofcourse i regret it now and i hope it's not too late.
I'm trying also to change my lifestyle, you know less time in nightclubs more sleep but i'm feeling like i am making a revolution on my own.... for the record i'm 18 years old
