Meditation itself is really simple. You just relax your body and clear your mind. What you do while meditating is entirely up to you. You may wish to just stay in this cleared state for awhile, do energy work, go into a trance, try to project, reflect on yourself and/or something that is bothering you, anything. What is it that you are wanting to do?
Energy work itself is a form of meditation, imho
Meditation, as I define it, is a concentrated effort to focus on an object or no-object. Tat object can well be moving or gathering energy instead of a visualized object, mantra or idea.

Yes, Astral Dynamics has a small section on how to cause a trance.
well all i know about that is...meditating is fun. theres an ifnite number of things that u can do, and acces while meditating. meditating is the thing that makes evering that is not normally used, able to be used. there are even ways of meditating to where u cna talk to angles. or even better.
I was just wondering whether the book Astral Dynamics offers a viable meditation method that can be used independent of energy work. Is that the trance state that he discusses?
