This is a really good meditation. It balances energy in the body, raises energy, and yet is also grounding. Mantak Chia describes it to varying degrees in his books. Reiki and NEW combine well with it.

I don't remember which of Mantak Chia's books has it best described. It was taught to me by a reiki teacher. It is also described (correctly, even) in the book "Essential Reiki" by Diane Stein.
Has anyone experience this? Whats it like? How do one goes learning this?
