Don't worry if at first you don't feel anything.
The idea is to become aware of your body in a conscious manner.
If you find it difficult initially to focus on some part just pich it slightly and then concentrate of locating the tingle. Your awareness is at the locations when you are intentionally aware of the tingle.

The sensation will come after a while, just be patient and be as concentrated on th earea you're working on as you can. But donät obsess over it [;)]

I'm also still struggling on this part.  I asked a question one time somewhere but it didn't get answered and I forgot where I asked it [^]

I don't -feel- anything yet either - I can however feel bodyparts by just thinking about it when I'm laying in bed with no lights on. But I'm having a difficult time trying to do it in "open air".

Anyway, I wanted to ask this question again:
Awareness hands are surely something "visual", right? You're supposed to imagine them? So I do, I 'visualize' them, but if I'm not mistaken, I'm not allowed to do that because I must -feel- everything with awareness... but how can you feel your awareness hands when they're not there.. :?

So you're supposed to imagine Awareness Hands without vizualising them? Sounds difficult to me, because imagining immediately implies 'vizualisation' with me...

OK, about visualiozation.

If you own a car, imagine it in your mind. Look at the details, see the form? You are now visualizing. It's as simple as that.

Awarenes hands is nothing other than doing the same but this time thinking about a feeling of a touch in the intended body part. Anyone's touch will  do but yours is the most effective [;)]

You don't have to see anything concrete. It's more like a memory. Sometimes it's a picture sometimes a feeling but either way you're doing it.

I'm just beginningthis stuff, and I'm reading the NEW Engergy article. I have no problem with the visulization, but I don't fully understand the mobile body awareness. When i focus my awareness on a body part, do i just concentrate on it like crazy, or am i supposed to feel something? Because I can't clearly feel the outline of the body part.
