Does anybody have any suggestions oh how to build up more heat while doing energy work? I have a very thorough energy workout that I do http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_energy_body_development/most_simple_method_to_build_energy_b4_attempting_at-t27010.0.html, and it always leaves me sweating and twitching a lot afterwards, but I'd like to crank it up a notch if I could. Any suggestions on how I could/should modify that to improve results? Or is this just one of those things where I'm going to have to be patient and work at it a few more years?
