I think I have a good question!!

Can being electrocuted help or harm your energy body? I got electrocuted a bit as a kid, twice actually, and I really don't think I have a whole of energy. That might just be because I'm naturally a very calm person, but MAYBE it's because my energy body is a lil messed up?

Do you think spiritual body work could get me more energized? Honestly, out of all the topics on here it's the one I'm least interested in, but hey, if it'll help, I might try it. Maybe a Reiki healer could help...?

I dunno. Honestly I really have no clue about any of this stuff.

Help?
