"Ive also found a way to increase muscle mass, toning, simply by working on the energy body, I have yet to perfect it, but Im seeing results already,"

And how is that exactly??
There is no good and evil, only power.

volcomstone,
Yes please till use the details of how you're adding mass by doing energy work.

adding mass by energy training took me a couple of steps

1: first I would work out for a hour or so before hand, after stretching I would then proceed to do NEW energy body development,
during the new, I would visualize my self still doing the workout stuff, and I would focus as much as possible to try and recreate the sensations of weight lifting in my muscles, essentially I was doing tactile imaging to increase the muscle strain feelig in my body I was focusing on

2:  I would do the same thing as number one, except I would include a "filling" sensation of a white light, this light fills out my muscles and also expands beyond them

3:  I would combine new and weight training, Ive noticed that this was a great way of also increasing endurance, muscle fatigue can be studied in many ways using new techniques, you can easily determine your "breaking point" or that point where your muscles no longer feel tired and you have a second "wind", -this stage is essentially for "ripping" muscle fibers, and building muscle mass,  also keep picturing the white filling light, putting mass into your muscles

4: cut out the working out part, and only visualize the workout, try and recreate the muscle sensations you had while working out,  also with the white light filling and stregthening every strand of muscle

-Like I said there are a few kinks to be worked out, and flexing the muscles in step 4 also helps, as well, the white light Idea is hard to grasp, and I cannot fully explain the specific way the light flows through your energy meridians, and how it helps to "define" the muscle structure

-It helps heaps and bounds if you have a visual Idea of your goals, try and creatively visualize your muscles getting bigger, always stay motivated, and weigh yourself occasionally, you should always think you're getting stronger/bigger, as belief and faith/conviction seems to make the difference between can/can't

This one appeals to me....heh, heh.
The journey upwards is worth the inconvenience.

hey folks, I was wondering a while ago, what is the connection between physical muscle and the enrgy body?  My theory was that they both affect eachother equally, and that strenghtening your muscles is a way of strengthening your energy body, and vice versa.

Practically however, working out hardcore (ie weight training, high intensity workouts, 4+ hours a week)  allows for muscle increase, but only for short periods of time. Ive noticed that in order for you to keep the bulk, you must constantly be working out.

Lately Ive started realizing that the energy body has a greater affect on the muscle system, than the muscle system has on the energy body.  If you strenghten your energy body, your muscle strength increases exponentially.  Ive realized that the size of your muscles has nothing to do with your strength.

I used to combine energy training with muscle training , sometimes at the same time, but usually within a half hour of eachother.  Ive noticed many benefits to this practise.

- fatigue is lessened
- muscle strength is increased, almost everytime you work out
-you maintain muscle mass much easier, Even when you cut down on the working out
-muscle pain/strains are almost non-existant

Ive also realized that low-impact exercises, such as yoga, and just plain stretching, tai chi etc, will help the muscle system almost as much as high-intensity workouts, as long as your are thourghouly stimulating your energy body

Ive also found a way to increase muscle mass, toning, simply by working on the energy body, I have yet to perfect it, but Im seeing results already,

If anyone has any experience with this sorts, or just have any questions, I think that we could create a very usefull and beneficial technique, to help increase strength, health and self-esteem
