Muscle Bulk technique?

Can I get a link to this site? It sounds like a Dragon Ball fan site. Since that's a technique used in Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. Also, the World's Martial Arts Tournament is another thing from said series.

I've used energy to increase muscle mass SLIGHTLY before. First off, you need to be doing weights at the same time, not just flexing your muscles and pretending to go super saiyan. And your bones can't break from any such "technique" because all that crazy DB fan site crap is bogus.

As fat person said.. There's no way to actually increase muscle size with out exerisce.. That is true, You can use energy when you work out but that's it. Energy alone won't work, even if you tried, you won't even get a millimeter of new muscle or flexed muscle. You would have just used up all of your energy and strain your energy medrians. Now.. people who think they just can do that with energy alone.. let's say you will be really tired after you do it.. and get no results..

Easy advice for getting the creditability of a website.

1) Make sure they can at least host themselves.  None of this 20megsfree crap. If the homepage is tripod, geocities, lycos, etc.  you better find a better source.  There are tons of bad ones out there, and only a few great ones.

2) Just because it IS its own server, it does NOT mean it is creditable.  Try reading some other posts to get the opinions of other sites here.   Psipog has been dubbed acceptable these days.

I think if you want to make your point, you should begin to put periods in your sentences.  Or capitalize some stuff.  You are stating your case, and you should really state it with some intelligence behind it.  Just my advice.

Some stuff does actually work, and some is just so far out there.  The first step is realizing where the line is drawn.

Now as you are talking about DBZ, no one has ever been able to do all it's moves.

Our reality is a dream, and in dreams EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Therefore the person who does not believe in such techniques, then the techniques will themselves seize existence for those persons. The person who believe in such techniques, JUST MIGHT be able to succeed. This just all depends upon the perception of person to person.

Thus you only need time, patience, concentration, realisation and most of all BELIEF.

This reality a dream? Prove it. I don't mean to sound cynical - it's a fantastic new belief, but just like all other theories you can't prove or disprove it. It's nothing but a blind leap of faith. But maybe that leap will prove itself a useful bridge into the impossible. Good luck with blowing buildings up.

Sadly, however you might want to see this reality as a dream, the fact that you can't change it like you can a dream is probably due to the fact that there are more people in this reality, more minds to control it. More minds to enforce the rules and live by them, without even realising or knowing the rules exist at all. So, bending the rules, even breaking them, would be quite difficult, even if this is all a dream.

However you want to define reality - as a dream, something you believe, a creation of a God, etc. There are still rules. And some of those rules can be bent, unfortunately we don't know enough about the rules or how to go about breaking them, so bending is the furthest we can get.

For your knowledge pandit's are persons who are very religious and engage in various religious activities like conducting a marriage or a pooja(Prayer Ceremony). The one you are talking about are Sadhu's who are persons that have taken Sanyas(Breaking from worldy ties).

Actually sadhu's never show their abilities. Well the true sadhu's don't. You know they are some fake ones too. True Sadhu's don't want popularity. They just want peace and want answers to life.

My father told me that when he was a boy, his family knew a very close sadhu. My father spent much time with him. And believe me there are many extaordinary things that my father had seen about him. He even told the exact date and hour of his death to my father, so that my father would be able to meet him at the end because at that moment my father had gone to another city. And suprisingly the sadhu died at the exact hour.

Here are the steps:

Channel a high amount of Ki to your muscles around your body. Visualize your muscles absorbing the Ki and becoming larger as you flex.--This technique can break your bones if you make your muscles too big.
