I am not very experienced myself, but I do know that anyone can do this. It just takes practice, but it's different for some people than for others. One person may be able to do it the first or second time they try, while someone else may take a week or two of training before they can do it. Be patient, sometimes the fastest way isnt the best way. Just keep practicing![:)]

Ki manipulation can be done by anyone. It's just practice, concentration and focus. For better energy sensation read the article on 'NEW Energy Ways' in the training section of this site.
Thanks for your help but how do you know what sensations to feel for cos we have had many.
There is no specific sensation. There are many. You might feel tingling, density, heat etc...

i too had problems with ki training, but once i read that new enerygy article, i had it going within 5 tries, so practice, concentrate, meditate, anything taht will help you on this. an also read the new energy article. good luck[;)]
Yes, NEW is the best.
We are 2 N00bies of ki and we have only started the whole ki training today we want to know in the simplest form how to produce ki we have tried before but have had no such sucess w closed our eyes and visualized a green spiral around your hera but it isnt working do you think it is lack of consentration or just that we aint cut out for it
