Does someone know something about this guy's technique?

As far as I know he developed some kind of exercises to free the tensions in the spine, in order to improve the energy movement in it.

From what I know, his most popular book is Opening the Energy Gates -- can be found on Amazon. He's an american who trained in China for a few years. I have and read the book. Its interesting, but my sense is parts of the book are a bit ego-stroking. But maybe that's just me.
