Hello when i try to relax and meditate it feels like i have a knife stabbing in my neck almost immediatly and does not go away for 10 min after i stop? anyone no what this could be

A pain in your "Neck Chakra" usually means that you are suppressing some important thing you need to communicate.

...or it could be you need to work on relaxing that area in general.

how do i find out what i am suppressing? I stutter sometimes and i take thyroid med's it seems to be all in that area. I think if i could find the problem maybe these problems will go away also
