A problem...

The other day I was gonna go to sleep when I felt this bubbling sensation in my stomach, and it kept me up for most of the night. In the morning when I had woken up, the sensation of moving water was going up from the bubbling in my stomach to my head and I felt very light head. It's weird but it reminded me of rushing water at my throat that one time and was wondering if I should be paying more attention to this or not. And can anyone explain the bubbling sensation, it was like I was floating most of the day or walking in a day dream. Very light on my feet. Weird...

actually I have felt this strongly today, not rushing water specifically but weird deep sensations in my belly and a feeling several times today that I am in a dream, or in a trance.  Its very very weird, and Im sure that in my case its related to the energy work I am doing with the MAP/NEW book.
