Ok, so i have been trying to figure this out for over a decade now, i only discovered until recently what it is i am experiencing. But before i get into that i need to tell about the incident revolving around my issue.
I'd like to say i was never really a strong believer in spirituality and up until now i have been very skeptical until a few incidences that happened and some recent realizations everything suddenly made sense, but now what to do about it.
It all started when i was about 11 years old. My mother whom had always had many paranormal experiences was undergoing a spiritual visitation by something malevolent. She had My uncle Lance and I take a few items which she believed to be possessed and dispose of them. The items were a Bart simpson doll she said she would find in random places and have caught it running in the corner of her eyes to another part of the house when no one else was home. an Ouija board as well as some old nick nacs. Anyways, Lance and I drove out of the apartment complex and we were going to head out to a nearby forest and burn them.
Suddenly we were pulling back into the apartment complex. I had no memory of what happened but we had gone and come back. There is this gap in my memory from when it happened. my chest was on fire, when i looked there were 6 burned holes in my chest in the shape of an inverted crescent moon at my heart chakra.
Shortly after this i was forced to stay with my dad and my mother had left state. My uncle Lance went insane and was put in an asylum and years later i found out he died of cancer just out of the blue. He died at age 32 and i was never able to find out if he rememered what hapened that day. I am currently 31. But that day is when this all started. Ever since then i have had a searing burning sensation in my chest, it would conjure very strong emotions, most of the time i couldn't control and would lash out at people. I have over the years learned to control most of the emotional surges.
When i was 15 i was playing baseball with some friends, i was the pitcher. My friend ricky connected with a line drive that sent the baseball directly at my chest. There was a large CRAAAAAAAAACK sound across the field. Everyone ran to see if i was ok, i never felt a thing. it hit me dead square in the chest but there was no mark and no pain.
I've had several other instances where this sort of thing has happened to me.
Only recently after scouring medical sites and books and spirituality did i happen upon a thread of someone who was experiencing the burning in their chest. I realized then that my heart chakra was somehow forced open when i was a child and has been "stuck" open all my life. The symptoms i have read from having an open heart chakra were identical to what i've felt. The awakening of each petal and its strong emotional ties, explained the surges of emotions i would feel.
I am happy to know what it is now, but i think its possible my heart chakra was damaged. It may have opened to protect me from whatever was attacking me. But if i was bitten by something supernatural, it's also possible that my heart chakra was bitten as well and has not been able to close.
So i am trying to find a way to heal it because i don't know what to do. Also controlling the petals of the chakra is another issue entirely.

But maybe your healing is more of the emotional kind, and you need to go look
other ways? Perhaps you're in for a much longer travel than you expect, even
going for retrievals of Aspects of Self (http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_astral_consciousness/pul_pure_unconditional_love_retrievals-t33529.0.html)? But be warned, there have been people
incapacitated for months after some kinds of retrievals, so they are not easy to
finish as a lot of unhandled emotional problems will surface and have to be dealt
with all at one time.
There probably are even better sources out there, but these are the free ones
I know of. Also, RB has a slightly different view on what he calls energy centers,
they are not exactly like small doors which can be opened and closed. I think
he more views them as energetic parts of us, small complicated things. This
may or may not be to your likings.
