You might try to focus in on the spinal bounce technique as it might stimulate energetic activity in that area,  but then it depends on what is causing your backache.  You could have a clear energy channel thru that area and still be stuck with the backache.

I've been using NEW for a few weeks now - it's been working great, I get that tingly feeling in hands & feet within seconds. I have no problem with the energy circuits etc. All is well.

But I suffer from backache fairly often. I was hoping to try and use NEW to give my back a helping hand in stopping hurting.

But nothing I do seems able to stimulate it - I get absolutely no results from any stimulation methods I use. Painting, wrapping, sponging, hours of trying and my back just sits there and aches at me. Nothing else.

Does anyone have any advice on getting the back & spine to respond to stimulation?
