Newbie needs help

if you can feel your energy, move your energy. place it between your hands and do something with it. forming a ball ain't all that great compared to what it can be used for internally, though.

can you help me I cant seem to form a ki ball. I know it takes time but I need someone who formed one to give me advice on how to do it.
