Can someone tell me hoe they started their energy development. Links and where to find online documents would be great. How long will it take me to see noticeable results?

My energy development started differently than you are probably looking for. In fact I really started by experimenting before I ever knew what the energy body was. But any way, if you are looking for a good guide to start you out click on the links in my signature and look for NEW. It is a good place to start.
Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.

How did your energy development strart? What do you mean by experimenting? one other question, can everyone manage to improve their energy and psychic abilties?
