The guide isn't online, but it's in Astral Dynamics. I'm currently working through it. It's suggested to do about 2 months of regular NEW before working the primary circuit. I didn't have many blockages so I started after a month or so. It's much like regular NEW, but you need to be more careful. I think this is why it's not posted online
Buy Astral Dynamics and read the NEW section over and over. Follow the directions and heed the warnings.
Commit yourself to daily, consistent practice--not for months, but for years. Challenge yourself and figure out ways to measure your progress.
The reward is great.

Isn't it important to edventualy develop these too? Is there anyone who is already doing this and how do you accomplish this?
